Due to their digital nature our site designs are not returnable, and we are not able to offer refunds. However, should you determine there’s some sort of incompatibility issue with the platform or you need to switch to a different site design, send us an email at support@brandedbybernel.com, and we’ll evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis. photography

Placeholder photography cannot be used as your own; all placeholder photography must be replaced with photography of which you own the rights to.

site credit

Each template has a "site credit" in the footer. We ask that you leave this site credit on your final website version.

resell or repurposing

Our products are not eligible for resale. Our products cannot be repurposed and resold or represented as your own work.

***Please note: Graphic Designers (brand designers, web designers, digital marketing specialist etc.) are prohibited from claiming our templates as their own and promoting them as original, unique work. You are not allowed to use them as starting points for future client projects and you cannot use them as your website to advertise your design services. Designers may still use our templates, but must NOT claim creation and must always leave site design credit linking back to brandedbybernel.com. 

intellectual property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, as between you and Branded By Bernel, we owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Sites, including, without limitation, graphics, site content, design, organization, compilation and other matters related to or included on the Sites. Our name, Minimal-ish Site Shop and all related names, product and service names, logos, slogans and designs are our original works and you may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Sites are the trademarks of their respective owners and should not be used without those respective owners’ permission.

linking to our sites

Anyone linking to the Sites must comply with all applicable laws and must not: (i) misrepresent its relationship with Branded By Bernel and/or the Minimal-is Site Shop; (ii) present false or misleading information about Branded By Bernel; or (iii) contain content that is reasonably considered profanity, offensive, defamatory, vulgar, or unlawful.
